PROJECT HIGHLIGHT 
1. Total of 2 phrase
     - First located on 16,000 sq.m. land (10 Rai) 28 units.
     - Second located next to the first, total land area of 64,00 sq.m. (4 Rai) 11 units.  
2. Location : Project located at Hua Hin Municipality 4 Km. from downtown about 5 -7 minutes driving and it’s close to airport and Hua Hin hospital.  {See map}
3. Weather : Our project located near Huahin beach and so receive sea breeze all year long, Borfai local Thais call the spot as “Wind field” 

4. Scenery : West side of the project around by mountain and east face the sea. 
5. Water supply : We are already granted approval to use water supply from Huahin municipality tap water supply system (Due to rapid growth of Huahin city, insufficient water supply is now becoming an issue. Many projects chose water supply from artesian well although well water may cause unpleasant outcome to sensitive skin or leave stain on sanitary ware because of unstable acid and alkaline portion in the water) 
6. Project ground level : Higher ground level that even higher then main road made grey water easily drain out. 
   

CONSTRUCTION HIGHTLIGHT 
          For greatest customer satisfaction, we have chosen the best construction materials and high standard construction works. 
   
1. Walls are built with double layer red brick, double strong and with space between two layers made the house cooler and save energy.
2. We use finished cement from factory for all main structure.
3. Tri strata beam: Floor beam, cross beam and upper beam strengthen house.
 

4. We use only Tiger brand cement for plastering work.
5. We select only high quality product form CPAC-The NUSTILE  for roof tile.
6. Door and window made from hard wood.
7. COTTO brand sanitary ware.
8. ICI Latex paint - CUPIRNOL
9. We use JOTUN brand paint.
10. Electric and telephone wire is conduit and flushed into the wall.
11. Installation of main breaker switch (MDB)
12. The project has pipe water system supplied by Hua Hin City and it cost as low as 3.50 THB per units. ( No artesian well were used )
